Have you heard the value of connecting, and it just causes you stress and increased anxiety? Does it make you question where to start or what options there are for you in your situation?
Then reach out and lets discuss ways to increase your connection, that works for you and increases your capacity. Feeling isolated is a huge risk factor and is not related to the physical feeling of isolation. It is about feeling alone in the place you are, as a business owner, parent, woman, employee, community member, daughter or friend. You don’t have to feel that isolation, there are ways to connect. And believe it or not connecting although for some is fraught with anxiety raising alarm, can be fun and is so rewarding.
Meeting you where you are supporting you to find that connection to the skills, networks, training, information and support you need. While building on your ability to explore and grow in confidence through the learning.
Why does this mean so much to me, because Iâ€™m a thinker, planner, problem solver, who thrives on seeing others recognise the value of learning and exploring. What you might find is I love to come up with ideas, and please know that these are ideas, they are to be challenged and questioned (but please go easy!!) I listen and therefore often connect people with others, be that business, fundraisers, community building, parents. This I find very rewarding, working collaboratively is stronger for everyone.
