Terms & Conditions

  1.  Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. This competition is being run by the Atherton Tableland Chamber of Commerce Inc on behalf of it’s members.
  3. The competition commences at 9am on Friday 22nd November and concludes at 11.30am on Saturday 14th December 2019.
  4. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the promoter and any other agencies associated with this competition are eligible to enter.
  5. Number of entries: One entry per person (nominated guardians may submit their own entry, and that of their minors).
  6. The Treasure Hunt entry form must be complete in it’s entirity, including store stamps, and answers be correct. 
  7. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
  8. Participating businesses may offer their own entry collection point, which they will take responsibility to enter all names into the main collection point by 11am Saturday 14th December.
